Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. By booking or participating in any tour with Sunday Go, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once the tour’s confirmation is made.
- Payment Methods: We accept PAYPAL, CASH and International Banking. Any applicable fees related to currency conversion or international payments are the responsibility of the customer.
- Deposits: For specific tours, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Details will be provided during booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customer Cancellations:
- 15 days before departure: 50% of charge of the total booking amount will apply.
- 7 days before departure: 75% charge of the total booking amount will apply.
- Within 72 hours or no-show: No refund will be issued.
- Company Cancellations: Sunday Go reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters). In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date/tour
- Non-Refundable Items: Some items, such as permits or tickets for third-party venues, may not be refundable.
3. Changes to Itineraries
- Customer-Initiated Changes: Requests to modify the itinerary may be considered but are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Company-Initiated Changes: Sunday Go reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, local events, or other factors beyond our control but we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date/tour
4. Health, Safety, and Conduct
- Fitness Requirements: Some tours may require a certain level of physical fitness. It is the responsibility of the customer to assess their own fitness and abilities.
- Personal Safety: While Sunday Go strives to provide a safe experience, customers participate at their own risk. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical and emergency expenses. The skillful speaking skills attract the audience’s attention.
- Conduct: We expect all customers to behave respectfully towards local communities and fellow travelers. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Limited Liability: Sunday Go is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by customers during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
6. Privacy Policy
- Personal Information: By booking with Sunday Go, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for booking and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without customer consent.
- Photography and Media: Sunday Go may take photos or videos during tours for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please inform us before the tour begins.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
- Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other legal options.
